THE GOURMET RESTAURANT

At “Le Gastronomique” our gourmet restaurant, the chef Ernest Schaetzel invents exquisite dishes for your palate’s pleasure. The chef creates delightful compositions inspired by the rhythm of the seasons. The Chef’s refine Cuisine pays tribute to gastronomic Alsatian cuisine and to quality local products enriched by Alsacian wines. The cellar is overflowing with precious bottles of wines from Alsace and other regions of France.

LE COMPTOIR DU CHÂTEAU

Located in Ottrott, on the heights of Obernai the restaurant offers a contemporary cuisine in a warm and modern setting for succulent Lunch Breaks. Precious woods, leather and natural stone illuminated by large portrait windows creates a perfect ambiance for Lunch Breaks with style. When the summer weather approaches Lunch can be served on the lovely terrace bordered by Mother Nature and the 7 Grapes species of Alsace, well ensconced in the cozy exterior lounges overlooking the Mont Sainte Odile hills.

CUISINE PARTY OF THE CASTLES

On Sundays from noon, Ernest Schaetzel and his team open the doors of the brand new Hostellerie des Châteaux kitchen to you. Come and take a look behind the scenes for a moment of unique gastronomy in a friendly and warm atmosphere. Enjoy the different dishes prepared before your eyes and share some secrets with chefs by the stove.

BAR LOUNGE

Discover the cosy space of the hotel's Bar Lounge. Modern and cosy setting with skylight, clear wood and natural stone, to enjoy a glass of Alsatian wine with friends or lovers. Relaxed atmosphere, subdued lighting, lounge music, sofa and cosy armchair for a comfort of every moment.
